Lesson 5: Useful tips

• Remember to drink water before and after eating, and drink enough water daily.

• No matter what diet you choose, you need to eat slowly, it will help you to be fuller and eat less.

• Should eat homemade food, when eating out, it is difficult to control the amount of food and you will often eat more. If possible, eat a little first at home and you'll eat less when you go to a restaurant. If possible, pack half to go home to eat later.

• Avoid eating before going to bed and should drink some water before going to bed and after waking up, you should drink water right away.

• Permanently give up soft drinks, if you want to lose weight quickly, you must do so.

• Avoid thinking about food by thinking of other things or keeping yourself busy.

• Just abstaining from sugar is enough to make you lose 4-6Ibs/month

• Don't start your weight loss journey alone, seek support from your friends and family and online forums

• Use healthy oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, canola oil...instead of normal cooking oil.

• Use milk from legumes such as almonds, and soybeans...it will be much lower in calories than milk from animals.

• Can use some food support in the process of weight loss to improve efficiency
